Here at Contented Soles you will be clinically assessed and treatment plan formulated in accordance to your health needs. Where necessary we will liaise or refer you to your GP or podiatric surgeon for further investigation or treatment.

Meet The Team
Richard Anness has been working in private practise since 2015 after gaining a first in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Northampton. Shortly after qualification he had his research published in the Journal of Forensic Identification.
He went on to get specialist qualifications in steroid injection, a masters module in needle therapies from the University of Northampton. He then went on to study skin and soft tissue surgery allowing him to carry out invasive surgical procedures which until now would have been reserved for surgeons in a hospital setting, This makes him the only podiatrist in the local area able to offer incisional nail surgery for the at risk patient.Â
Contented Soles have their own micro laboratory, which 3D prints prescriptive orthotics and insoles in house in association with Foothealth orthotics UK ltd.

In this time, we will experience the âbreaking inâ of new shoes, blisters, corns, infections as well as generalised foot and ankle pain.
